Got a craving for some yummy food handbags? Anya Hindmarch, Moschino & Chanel have combined their luxury bags with some of our favorite foods to create the perfect accessories for food and arm candy lovers!
One of the most popular of the food-meets-fashion bags has to be those by Moschino. Moschino’s McDonald’s-inspired capsule collection was one of the most popular on the runway during Milan Fashion Week. Designed by Jeremy Scott, the collection merged high fashion and fast food, with fashionistas quickly snapping up pieces like this Moschino ‘Fast Food’ Quilted Leather Shoulder Bag ($1,265) like a side of French fries! Other yummy bags from the collection include the Moschino Milkshake Leather Shoulder Bag ($895) and the Moschino Happy Meal Red Leather Shoulder Bag ($1,050).
For the Chanel Fall 2014 collection, Karl Lagerfeld famously created a supermarket theme that got so crazy, guests started trying to permanently ‘check out’ some of the products! One of the items that debuted was this Lait de Coco Clutch (which means ‘Coconut Milk’ in French). The clutch is in the shape of a milk carton and features Chanel’s signature interwoven chain link strap.
Anya Hindmarch paid homage to some of our favorite Kellogg’s cereals with her two miniature box clutches. The Anya Hindmarch Corn Flakes Imperial Ayers Clutch and Anya Hindmarch Frosties Imperial Ayers Clutch (both $1595) feature snake embossed cereal box covers on the exterior, with a push clasp closure and suede lining.
