Pour la Victoire is known for making tons of lustworthy shoes, and their fairly recent bag collection is becoming quite lustworthy too! The latest bag of theirs that I’m ‘lusting’ after is the Provence Tote. It’s definitely one of those ‘stop and stare’ bags. The black and white weave pattern, topped with two thick leather straps with pipng immediately caught my eye. Plus, I love the ‘winged’ silhouette. Extended, gusseted sides on a tote bag are hugely popular right now, partly thanks to Phillip Lim’s Pashli Tote. It was one of last year’s top, coveted It bags, and the Provence Tote is sure to be on this year’s list.
And to top it all off – it’s under $500, so it’s more on the affordable side than other luxury options. But even though you’re not paying luxury prices, you still get luxury quality! I own the Pour la Victoire Bordeaux Medium Tote and it was heavy in my bag rotation for Fall. It’s a gorgeous, well-made bag that got TONS of compliments, and I’m pretty sure the Provence Tote will too! PLV bags have extremely roomy interiors, so you can pack a bunch of things inside, if you desire. Also, it looks like it comes with a detachable shoulder strap which is necessary when the crook of your arm gets tired. In short, I love this bag!
Measures 21″L x 8″W x 12″H with a 6″ handle drop.
