Last night, Beyonce was spotted publicly for the first time since baby Blue Ivy‘s birth. The new mama looked like she’s already back into pre-baby shape, and it was just in time so she could celebrate her hubby Jay-Z‘s charitable performance at Carnegie Hall, to benefit the United Way of New York City and the Shawn Carter Foundation. She wore a red, curve-hugging, Alice by Temperley Molina ruched jersey dress paired with Bollywood-inspired Spring 2012 Christian Louboutin Devidas embroidered pumps and a gold Alexander McQueen Sequin Skull Box Clutch. And she wore blue nail polish – to celebrate her daughter, perhaps? The haute mama also accessorized with a sparkly blue cocktail ring by Lorraine Schwartz, and a Bing Bang for WeSC Unisex Bar Two Finger Ring.
