D&G Dolce and Gabbana Mindy Satchel in Black/Brown/Luggage

I can’t decide whether or not the D&G Dolce and Gabbana Mindy Satchel in Black/Brown/Luggage is the most ingenious bag I’ve ever seen or one of the most ridiculous. The concept is this: a basic black leather satchel is accessorized with three pockets stacked on the front. Except the pockets don’t look like pockets, but rather, they look like a trio of brown, black and ‘luggage’-colored wallets on the face of the bag. Pretty clever right? Except that it looks like wallets are bursting out of your bag. We’re torn on this one – it clearly has its benefits (extra pocket space) but we’re not 100% sold just yet. What’s your take – haute or not?
