Dinner and drinks with the girls last night, it was time to let my bag down (literally). I finally had a reason to whip out one of my many clutches. Hobo after satchel, tote after flap. I needed a time-out on my everyday gear. Please, don’t get me wrong, I love all my bags and I would never take them for granted, but clutches need love too.
I threw on my favorite skinny jeans, white tank with a boyfriend blazer and red pumps. Now to the fun part: the unveiling of the Carlos Falchi Haircalf & Crocodile clutch. The girls were going to die when they saw this one! Carlos was a gift from my EX. Actually, Carlos is one of the reasons we broke up. He accused me of having some kind of emotional affair with Carlos, Louis, Jimmy and even Chloé! He was obviously delusional.
After two martinis, a great meal and laughs, we headed off to a trendy bar around the corner. I made eye contact with a good looking guy as soon as I ordered my third martini. The girls let me know that he was making his way towards me. Well-dressed (check), nice watch (check).
He whispered in my ears, “Is that a Carlos Falchi?”
Check, please!
hahaha. You can’t front, the man has great taste. This clutch is gorgeous! Your outfit seems really cute from what you wrote.
It’s going to be end of mine day, but before finish I am
