We received a question from reader calisally98 who spotted Rihanna globetrotting with BFF Melissa in Berlin on Sandra Rose.com, and she wanted to know “What is the name of that bag??!!” Well calisally98, we took one look at the bag and recognized it right away! We wrote a few months back about Rihanna’s newest piece of arm candy, the Nina Ricci Ondine Pony Hair bag. And now she’s snapped up another Nina Ricci bag – this time, the Agneau Pleated Besace Bag in black. The bag features a leather flap front with push-lock closure and that signature dangling leather tie, a 19″ leather and chain shoulder strap, leather pleated detail on the front and a rear pocket with magnetic closure. It’s lined in Nina Ricci jacquard fabric and has two interior organizational pockets. Get one at Barney’s New York if you have $2,750 to spare!

Rihanna rocks all black + Balenciaga in Venice

Rihanna spent the weekend in Venice, Italy to celebrate the wedding of her manager Marc Jordan. And she kept up her new look of blond streaked hair and vampy lips. And she dressed in all black - black dress with plum accents, black furry shrug, black pumps. Who wears all black to a wedding? But seeing as though it is Milan Fashion Week, she may have just trekked on over after attending some haute couture show. Although the look is not the most wedding-appropriate, at least her bag is special-occasion worthy. She wore her Balenciaga Brilliant Pouchette, the small lizard leather flap front bag retails for $2,675 at Barney’s. The bag is great; the outfit - not so much, and the final question - who is that she’s posing with?

Leave it to Rihanna to carry a bag from a brand that started out with just kinky accessories. She was spotted recently wearing the Harness bag by Fleet Ilya, a London-based brand that launched in 2006. Rih’s bag is a crossbody style, with armor-like shoulder detail. I went to check out the site and discovered not only women’s and men’s leather bags, but an edgy collection of leather belts, concept pieces and (gasp!) bedroom harnesses and restraints. The full Jimmy Choo for H&M collection is almost in stores and all of the images have popped up online so we all know exactly what we’re in for. And I like it – A LOT! Judging from the looks of the goods, I will be at H&M on November 14^th, with bells on. The shoes and clothes are nice but the bags are really making my heart skip a beat. The pink resin clutch that resembles a clutch I’ve seen in the high-end Jimmy Choo collection is as good as mine. I’ve also got my eye on that leopard print clutch and a few others as well. Chanel Iman commands the sidewalk with Balenciaga

Modelista Chanel Iman headlined tons of major fashion shows this week, commanding the runway and often opening the show. She was spotted just outside the tents at Bryant Park, likely on her way to another show, commanding the sidewalk in a tie-dye printed shift dress, simple black booties and a striking purple Balenciaga bag. This top model really knows how to work the runway and strut her stuff in the real world too, equally fashionably!

Rihanna goes for the gold: Zagliani Python Puffy Satchel

I’m not sure what kind of look Rihanna was going for with her conductor hat but really the girl can hardly do any wrong in my style book. She was spotted at LAX dressed down in an outfit of a black top, jacket, Grey Ant ‘Status’ sunglasses, latex leggings and Louboutin booties (yeah, that’s dressed down for her) but with her usual showstopping accessories. This time it was the gold Zagliani Python Puffy Satchel that retails for a whopping $3,385. As we already know, Zagliani bags are injected with Botox to soften the snake skin so just think of that when you ponder the high price! I’m sure Rihanna did.

Carrie covered in Christian Louboutin on the set of Sex and the City 2

Our favorite fictional fashionista, Carrie Bradshaw (Sarah Jessica Parker), was seen shooting scenes from Sex and the City 2 in NYC and as always, we couldn’t wait to dissect her look. The show and movie is half about relationships and sex, and half about fashion, and stylist Pat Field was on set to provide us with our fashion fix. So since we have no idea what the next film will bring in terms of the ladies’ relationships, we can at least get a sneak peek of what they’re gonna be wearing! SJP filmed a scene with fictional hubby Mr. Big aka John Thomas (played by Chris Noth), while wearing a pleated purple dress, accessorized with orange rimmed sunglasses and Christian Louboutin shoes and handbag. The shoes: the Christian Louboutin Gino 100 T-bar sandals. The bag: Christian Louboutin Sylvia Drapey Hobo in hot pink. Love and love!!! The fashion previews alone are keeping the suspense going and I can’t wait for the sequel! What about you?
