Although I am at heart a handbag and accessories addict, I do love my fashion too. So Project Runway is in my list of must-watch television shows (and no, I do not like that wannabe replacement, The Fashion Show). The Korto Momolu Tote is a stunning cowhide bag that has a patchy, distressed look with a burnout effect used to treat it. YSL caused a stir a few years back when it introduced the Mombasa bag with a genuine bullhorn handle which Momolu’s bag also uses. The front of the bag front features a double draped brass chain and the rich colors in the bag (deep navy blue, lilac and brown) represent the designer’s native African heritage.
