As much as we love Whitney Port, her show The City is no Hills. She was photographed out and about in NYC, filming the second season of her unfortunate lackluster spinoff show. Whitney unfortunately can’t hold her own on her own show, but she certainly can in the fashion department. Really, who else could pull off a simple button down shirt, harem pants and animal print heels? Ok honestly, Whitney doesn’t quite pull it off either.
