Zagliani’s $10,500 Bag: the Small Tomodachi Crocodile Tote

Zagliani Small Tomodachi Crocodile Tote
Zagliani, the exotic handbag brand known for injecting silicone into its skins, is now known for something else – ridiculously expensive bags! The Zagliani Small Tomodachi Crocodile Tote costs a whopping $10,500! In this economy, it’s definitely not worth it. The bag is nice, yes, but it’s nothing incredibly special. It’s made of handcrafted crocodile with double top handles, top zip closure and calf leather trim. Nancy Gonzalez has been designing fabulous crocodile bags for years and I’ve never seen any this expensive. I still haven’t figured out why this bag costs so much. Maybe the price of silicone has gone up too. Damn this depression!

Sweetie, The reason that this bag is so much more expensive than Nancy Gonzalez has to with the skin they use. Nancy Gonzalez uses Caiman Crocodilus which is a much less expensive skin because it lacks the perfect scales and durability that the Nile or Fresh Crocodile offer. There is a HUGE difference between the two skins and therefore, price. Note to self: Caiman, cheaper exotic skin. Crocodile, very expensive exotic skin. Hope this answers your question…. Oh and you are right about the design…nothing special..
